Up to 70% of recreational and competitive runners suffer an overuse injury in a 12 month period. We know no one likes to miss time running or be in pain. This presentation will help you avoid both of those. It will be an interactive session on strategies, techniques, modifications, and tools that exist to help you avoid that injury trap or to climb out quickly. So, come prepared to move!
