Amphipod will be joining us with some great visibility gear. This will be a great opportunity to try some visibility gear that will make your run that much more enjoyable because you won't be worried about your safety.
Workout Description
On Wednesdays we Hit the Rhode for 3 or 5 easy mid-week miles, guided by our Pacers. Join us for a fun group run, and enjoy some great company in the process.
