Calling all beginners! Have you recently thought about training for a 5k? Do you have no idea where to start? We can help! We've put together a 14-week training plan to get you prepared to race the Gaspee Day 5k in June. The training plan begins shortly after the info session and has been put together by our on staff USATF certified coach Eric Lonergan.
Ray will be organizing the beginner group practices weekly beginning with an info session on Thursday February 28th at 6pm. He has a ton of experience both running and coaching and will supply you with advice and tips throughout your training. We can answer any questions you may have on the evening of the 28th and via email as well. We are looking specifically for beginners and do not want anyone to feel intimidated! This is going to be a fun experience for everyone involved!
