Pink spirit will be everywhere as competitive athletes and not-so-competitive walkers and runners participate in the Gloria Gemma Run/Walk Series. The series begins at 9am with the Kids Fun Run, a sprint down the hill on Francis Street open to children ages 5-12. At 10am, the Pink Pump Palooza a 50-yard dash will kick off. Grab your pink pumps and join local companies and politicians cross the finish line. At 11am, 5K participants wearing “pink spirit” will race and walk their way through historic downtown Providence. Prizes will be awarded for the fastest times and highest fundraisers. Register today!
