- The baseline strength needs individualized for each runner to become faster and more efficient
- Optimal range of motion need at lower extremity joints needed for decreased cost and decreased risk of injury for a runner
- How to improve baseline physical strength to become faster and more efficient runners
- How to improve range of motion depending on specific individualize assessment
Please wear shorts, running shoes, and a t-shirt for assessment; at least two runners will receive complementary assessments.
