RUNstrong is Back! Join us for RUNstrong in our New Balance Community Room! We'll be starting up January 26th at 6pm class will be held every Monday for ten weeks.
This 55 minute circuit style class is broken up into 3 parts:
1. Foam Rolling 2. Dynamic Warm-up 3. Strengthening
During the class you will learn how to properly foam roll, warm-up, and strengthen all the major muscles needed for running. By working on mobility, balance, core strength, and leg strength you will lessen your risk of injury and improve your running.
The class was developed by Michael Silva, MS, PT, CSCS. After spending most of his professional career working with runners he realized that most runners no matter their injury needed the same corrective exercises. Michael has lead hundreds of these classes over the past 10 years all over New England.
No machines are used, your body and some minor props are all that is needed.
