The Gansett Half Marathon is put on by runners, for runners, and is one of the most scenic half marathons in which a runner might compete. The superb course was thoughtfully designed with the athlete in mind, and showcases some of the best of Narragansett: beautiful beaches, ocean views, the Point Judith Lighthouse, and the famous Narragansett Towers (which the runners pass under twice).
