Join us for our Good Form Running Clinic! Good Form Running is a great way to reduce injuries and keep your running form efficient and comfortable! It is free and is taught by Eric Lonergan who is a Good Form Running Certified. Eric is also a USATF certified coach. Feel free to ask him any questions!
We also ask as always, if you have any old running shoes please bring them by and we will recycle them!
June 5th – Hip
Does your hip hurt with running, walking, or performing daily tasks? On June 5th, Doctor Gruttadauria from Performance Physical Therapy will discuss the importance of hip mobility and stability for the runner and great exercises to address pain, tightness, or weakness in the hip.
Join us for a fantastic workout in our New Balance Community Room. This workout/clinic focuses on improving core strength and flexibility with running specific strengthening exercises and stretching. Matt from Fitness Together will be presenting the clinic, it will run for an hour and is completely free. Matthew has nine years of experience in the fitness industry and is certified by the American Council on Exercise.
