Each year I find that spring comes upon us so quickly.  One day we wake up and its snowing outside and the next day its 50 and sunny and all of our favorite road races are upon us.  I always find that March is a good time to get back to those goals you set and start getting fit.  It’s a great time to check in set up a good training plan, be honest with where you are what you want to accomplish this season and know what you need to do to get you there.
