As many of you know this weekend is the Philadelphia Marathon that many of the club members have been training for for many months now. Over the course of the past several months we have created and followed training plans, completed many longs runs, marathon paced runs and just done alot of running in general. We have remained dedicated, disciplined and are now ready to put our best foot forward and head to Philly to do our very best!
So, in honor of those of us running Philly, Disney or any of the upcoming races, I have put together a Marathon Checklist to ensure that we will now find ourselves prepared and ready with all of our race day essentials.
