Calling all beginners! Have you recently thought about training for a 5k? Do you have no idea where to start? We can help! We've put together an 12 week training plan to get you prepared to race the Gaspee Days 5k! The training plan begins Tuesday March 24th and has been put together by our on staff USATF certified coaches Eric Lonergan and Hunter Stewart.
Beth, Hunter and Ray will be organizing the beginner group runs every Tuesday at 6pm beginning with an info session on Tuesday March 24th. They have a lot of experience themselves with running and coaching. They will be supplying you with advice and tips throughout your training. We can answer any questions you may have on Tuesday evening and via email as well. We are looking specifically for beginners and do not want anyone to feel intimidated! This is going to be a fun experience for everyone involved!
